Camille Villar’s first day as senator: Surreal!

New Senator Camille Villar just had her first day on the job and she’s getting all the feels.

Villar joined fellow senators at opening of the 20th Congress on Monday, admitting the experience is both surreal and an honor. The daughter of bilyonaryo MannyVillar said she’s ready to hit the ground running.

“Opening of the 20th Congress at the Senate of the Philippines. A surreal experience, and truly an honor. Excited to get to work,” she said in a Facebook post.

She now joins her brother, Senator Mark Villar, in the Senate. Both have allied with the Senate majority led by Senate President Francis Escudero.
