To support vulnerable workers and individuals in crisis, Camille Villar actively implements the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) program in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). This program provides emergency employment to those who have lost jobs, offering short-term work opportunities that also contribute to community development.
Additionally, the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program, under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), provides financial aid for medical needs, burial expenses, transportation, and education. These social welfare programs ensure that struggling Las Piñeros receive the necessary support to overcome financial hardships.
